Exploring

We went exploring this morning to find a place my mom read about on Trip Advisor. It was called the Australia Dairy Company. There was a long line outside, so we knew it would be good. We ordered egg sandwiches, and they were delicious! It was warm and soft, and the bread was perfect.

They also served noodles and tea and a bunch of other good stuff. We walked around for awhile after that, went on the subway, and a place called Statue Square. There were cool fountains and a statue of some guy I didn't recognize. Later, we met our friends and rode the world's longest covered escalator, had lunch at Taco Loco and walked around some more through markets and shops selling all kinds of meat.

We took the ferry back across the harbor and came back to the hotel. We were all exhausted and sleepy, because even though it was only 4:30 in the afternoon, it felt like 3:30 in the morning to us. It was a really fun day, and we'll have more fun tomorrow because our island tour is on the schedule. There is a light & laser show every night at 8pm in the harbor...
